This Privacy Policy explains how Plado App Ltd ("Ronjac", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Ronjac driver mobile application (the "App"). The App is a workforce tool provided to drivers and operational staff of logistics companies that use the Ronjac platform.

Accounts are created by invitation from your employer or operator. Where your employer or operator determines how and why your information is processed, they act as the data controller and we process the information on their behalf. We act as a controller for account, authentication, and security data.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, most of which you or your operator provide directly:

Vehicle checksWhere enabled by your operator: photos of assigned vehicles, mileage, readiness check responses, and notes.
Accident reportsIf you submit one: photographs, your account of the incident, people involved, injuries, witness details, police and medical personnel details, vehicle registration, the date/time of the incident, a contact number, and a digital signature.
MessagesThe content and metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps) of in-app messages between you and your managers.
Performance feedbackWeekly scores and ratings provided by your operator and shown to you in the App.
Diagnostics & crash dataWhen the App crashes or encounters an error, Firebase Crashlytics collects a crash/error report including device state and diagnostic information, used to diagnose and fix problems.
Technical & securityA unique account identifier, authentication tokens, and sign-in events, used to keep your account secure.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app/website tracking SDKs, and we do not sell your personal information. We do use Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to collect crash and diagnostic data that helps us keep the App stable and secure — see "Diagnostics & crash data" above.

Your information is stored using Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, cloud functions, and Crashlytics crash reporting), acting as our processor. We share information with:

Data may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where it is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are applied.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or safety-record obligations. When you delete your account (see below), we delete your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

7. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from within the App: open Account (the account icon in the top bar) and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, availability, vehicle checks, accident reports, uploaded photos, and your sign-in account. Some records may be retained where the law requires. 8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. UK and EU users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and authenticated, rule-based access to data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

10. Children

The App is a workplace tool intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App.
